Quick Recipes That Help You Lose Weight Healthily

Here are quick recipes that can help you to lose weight naturally. Add these to your fat burning diet menu and lose weight in a healthy way

Broccoli-Paneer Omlet:broccoli-omelet

  • 1 cup thinly chopped broccoli or cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp paneer, crumbled
  • 1 small sized tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 green chilies thinly chopped
  • salt as required

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add broccoli and green chili and cook for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the cooked broccoli, green chilies, tomato, crumbled paneer and a little salt to egg and mix well.

Heat a pan and spread a little oil thinly over it. Spread the egg mixture over the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Flip half the omlet and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve the omlet hot with 2 slices of brown bread and enjoy a delicious breakfast

Quinoa-Black bean:quinoa black beans

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1⁄4 tbsp cumin
  • 1⁄4 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced cilantro
  • 2 tbsp minced spring onions
  • 1-2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced chilies
  • salt as required

Cook the quinoa in the water. Allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients with cooked quinoa
Add salt as per your taste and mix well. Enjoy the fat burning healthy quinoa recipe for lunch or dinner.

Grapefruit-Banana-Apple salad:grapefruit banana apple salad

  • 1/2 Grapefruit
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 2 tbsp honey

Add the grapefruit sections, sliced banana, chopped apple in a bowl. Top with 2 tbsp honey. Enjoy the delicious and fat burning salad whenever you feel hungry.
