If you have a fresh turmeric root, cut a half inch piece, peel and crush it. You can use dried turmeric powder also.
- Boil 2 cups of water.
- Add half tbsp of turmeric to it and let the water boil for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Add honey, ginger, low fat milk or black pepper for taste or enjoy sipping as it is.
Enjoy this simple and easy tea one or two times a day to lose weight naturally and quickly. Remember not to take turmeric in more quantities. It is suggested that you have limited quantities of turmeric tea, not more than 3 times in a day.
