As a first thing in the morning, drink 1 cup of warm water with one tbsp honey and half a lemon. Also take several times a day.
Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals.
Drink lots of green tea and pomegranate juice. Avoid soft drinks. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day.
Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods.
