7 Makeup Tips For Fair Skinned Women

Makeup tips for fair-skinned women:

Here are some makeup tips for fair or porcelain skinned women. Check what shades make you look gorgeous.

1. Lips:

Lipstick-Shades-For-Pale-SkinIf you want to look fresh and healthy, avoid wearing light, pale lipstick colors. Pale colors can make you looks sick. Bright lipsticks look good for you. Go with sandy pinks, rosy pinks and soft apricots.

2. Eye shadows:

Avoid pale eye shadow colors as light colors won’t give dimension to your eyes. Go for eye shadow options that can emphasize your natural eye color and make your eyes look bold.  Go for shimmery colors that will emphasize your natural eye color. Try purples, pinks, silvers, browns, soft taupes, cool pinks and soft greens.

3. Eyeliner:

If you’re not big on eye shadows, eyeliner alone works wonders. Go for brown or gray eyeliner if black is too bold for your taste. Finish off with black mascara.pink smokey eye for fair skin

4. Mascara:

If you have fair skin, you definitely need to add some more dimension to your face. A swipe of good, black mascara will make your eyes pop and stand out. Dark mascara works best with fair skin because it is dramatic. Avoid plum, blue and even soft black mascaras.

5. Foundation:

Test your foundation on the side of your face before you buy. Check under natural day light to see if it blends properly. Always choose a cream foundation instead of powder or liquid. Or, mix a few drops of foundation with your favorite face cream for a custom tinted moisturizer.

6. Blush and bronzer:makeup-for-fair-skin

Bronzer and blush will add to your glow by “warming up” your face. Never use just one or the other — always use both. Apply bronzer to those areas, where the sun would, naturally, hit your face: on your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and, even, on your neck. Choose a shimmery bronzer that’s only a couple of shades darker than your natural skin tone.

Choose a pale pink or peach blush with shimmer built in. Lightly apply to the apples of your cheeks, then apply the remaining shimmer to the temple.

7. Setting powder:

Using a powder can make you look like you’re wearing a mask. Always skip setting powder if you have a fair skin.
